Jake Dunn- Head Coach and Owner
Club Professional Qualified Coach
Venues: Lara TC, Drysdale TC
Coaching Experience: Started coaching in 2007 at the Warrnambool Indoor Tennis Centre. Then moved to Ballarat at age 18 for university where he coached at the Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre and Buninyong Tennis Association. Jake has experience coaching players of all levels from 3 year old Hot Shots kids to performance players including experience working closely with national champions and numerous players that have progressed to play College tennis in America.
Playing Experience: Started playing tennis at the age of 4 in Warrnambool. Has represented the South West in Regional Events. Jake has also played Tennis Victoria Grade 1 Pennant for Centre Court Indoor and Premier League.
Taj Cayzer- Head Coach
Junior Development Qualified Coach
Venues: Drysdale TC and Hamlyn Park TC
Coaching Experience: Taj joined the Transition Tennis team in 2020. Taj coaches all levels of Hot Shots, Teen Tennis, Private Lessons and Squads. He started his coaching journey at Centre Court Indoor when he was 13 years old.
Playing Experience: Taj has a very successful Junior career winning multiple Australian Junior Tour tournaments and being a top 10 16/u player in the state. Taj has also played in the Geelong State grade team, wont regional open singles titles and is considered one of the top players in the Geelong region.
Ben Weber- Head Coach
Community Coaching Course Qualification
Venues: Hamlyn Park and Lara TC
Coaching Experience: Ben started coaching in 2019 with Transition Tennis coming through our trainee program. He has experience coaching players of all levels from 4 year old Hot Shots players, to competition and tournament players in Private and Squads. Ben has also been a coach for the Geelong College tennis program. His passion and drive is second to none and he always gets the best out of his athletes.
Playing Experience: Ben has played the highest level of local competition from a teenager and represent the Barwon region in Associations Junior League and Regional Championships. He was also a member of the Barwon Sports Academy.
Jak Caddy- Assistant Coach
Community Coaching Course Qualification
Venues: Lara TC
Jak started playing tennis at the age of 8 at the Lara TC. He played all his junior and senior tennis at the club in which his mum has served on the committee. Jak started coaching via the Transition Tennis Trainee program in 2019 and has experience coaching all levels of Hot Shots, Teen Tennis Cardio Tennis and Private Lessons with some of the local competition players.
Samuel Caddy- Assistant Coach

Venues: Lara TC
Samuel started playing tennis at a young age at Lara TC and played all his juniors tennis there in a team with his brother and cousin from the lower levels of competition to Section 1 juniors. He has also played in numerous tournaments around the state and continues to play senior competition for the Lara Tennis Club. Samuel started coaching is 2022 in our Trainee program and has experience coaching all levels of Hot Shots, Teen Tennis Cardio Tennis and Private Lessons.
Isabella Saunders- Assistant Coach
Venues: Hamlyn Park and Drysdale TC
Bella started playing tennis at the Drysdale Tennis Club at the age of 10 in the Transition Tennis Hot Shots programs. She quickly progressed into the local squad and then became a member of the Barwon Sports Academy Next Gen Coaching program. Belle has represented the Barwon region in numerous Regional Teams events as well as Associations Junior League and players Ranking tournaments around the state. Isabella started her coaching journey in 2023 via the Transition Tennis Trainee program is a leader for our girls in the Hot Shots programs always keen to get more girls playing tennis.
Max Harbison- Assistant Coach
Venues: Lara TC
Bella started playing tennis at the Lara Tennis Club at the age of 11. He quickly progressed into the local squad, up the ranks in Junior competition to Section 1 Juniors. Max is a constant figure at the Lara TC always working on improving his game and has played tournaments around country Victoria each year as well as playing for Tennis Geelong in the Associations Junior League. Max has been a coach since 2024 where he completed the Transition Tennis traineeships program. He enjoying sharing his knowledge and skills with the kids that he coaches in the Hot Shots program at Lara TC.
Louis Smith- Assistant Coach
Venues: Lara TC
Louis started playing tennis at the Lara Tennis Club at the age of 9. His playing highlights include making it to Section 1 juniors and winning grand finals for the Lara Tennis Club. He has also won local tournaments around Geelong, plays for Tennis Geelong in the Associations Junior League and looks forward to taking his game to the next level. Louis started coaching in 2024 through our Trainee program and enjoys seeing the kids he coaches improve and get enjoyment out of playing tennis the same as he does when on court.
Oliver White- Assistant Coach
Venues: Hamlyn Park TC
Oliver started playing tennis at age 9 at Wandana Heights Tennis Club in section 11 juniors. He has since played for Geelong Lawn TC and Grovedale in Premier Juniors and Men's Melbourne Pennant as well as represented Barwon in numerous regional championships. Oliver was also a member of the Barwon Sports Academy in his juniors. The highlight of Oliver's career so far is winning the 14/u School Boys Championships, one of the biggest tournaments in Australia. Oliver started coaching in 2024 through our Trainee program and enjoys getting to know the athletes he coaches and sharing his knowledge and experience with them.
Lucy Weber- Trainee Coach

Lucy is the newest member of our coaching team. You will find Lucy coaching Hot Shots at Lara TC, she is completing our trainee coaching program during term 4 2025 and Term 1 2026. Lucy has been a playing tennis since she was 6 years old art Lara TC and started competition at 10 years old. She looks forward to learning more about tennis during her trainee program and passing on her knowledge and love for playing to the next generation.
Axel Potter-Ayres - Trainee Coach
Venue: Hamlyn Park TC
Axel is a new member of our coaching team. You will find Axel coaching Hot Shots at Hamlyn Park TC. Axel is completing our trainee coaching starting term 1 2026. Axel has been playing tennis since 2021, competing in Premier boys local comp and has represented Barwon in multiple regional tournaments. He looks forward to learning how to coach and getting new experiences in tennis, and sharing his experiences with the kids he coaches.
Siddarth Sivanesan - Trainee Coach

Siddarth is another new addition to our coaching team. You will find Siddarth coaching Hot Shots at Hamlyn Park TC. Siddarth is completing our trainne coaching program starting Term 1 2026. Siddarth started his tennis journey at 5 years old and has played competitively for 4 years, competing in local competitions. His highlights of his career so far is winning local tournaments and playing in Tennis Victoria tournaments. Siddarth is excited to learn new skills to improve his own game and pass on his knowledge to the next generation.
